What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I wash and maintain my technical outerwear?
To preserve the integrity of waterproof membranes and technical fabrics, we recommend washing at 30°C with a specialist technical cleaner like Nikwax. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating.
Does ThruDark offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our gear. All ThruDark products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
What shipping methods are available for domestic delivery?
We provide standard and express shipping options via premium couriers. Domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours, with express delivery arriving in 1-2 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
